Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are processed and shipped out within 5 to 7 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and one last email confirming delivery.
If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order or a shipping notification after 7 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into any possible issues and update you on the status of your order.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these uncertain times, please note shipping times may be delayed due to local postal carrier delays and the ongoing impact of COVID-19.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
We accept requests for returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, but purchasers will receive store credit. Store credit will be issued within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise by our team and after item inspection.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we may evaluate on our end and make things right. We’d never want you to be stuck with a damaged item! We will address these on a case-by-case basis and will work on a quick solution.
Exchanges - the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If it is of lesser value, you’ll be issued store credit for any difference in product price.
